What we're about

We're on a mission to empower young learners to become the next generation of makers, builders, and entrepreneurs through our innovative hands-on technology classes.

Students learn the core elements of modern technology: electronics, sensors, microcontrollers, and apply that knowledge to robotics, electronic arts, intelligent systems, and technology entrepreneurship.

Uniquely, we limit the size of each class to 6 participants, which allows our master instructors to adapt the learning journey to fit the pace, level, and interests of the individual participants, and ensure that each participant has a truly rewarding experience!

Learning by Doing

Students learn while they explore and have fun. They build and demo their own creations. They pitch their product ideas in our Community Open House sessions, strengthening their presentation skills and entrepreneurial thinking.

Guided Discovery. Students are encouraged to get stuck in and experiment. Our expertly guided discovery journeys give young learners the confidence to trust in their own capabilities. Learn more about our approach.

Who are our programmes for?

Juniors (ages 4-7, accompanied learning format). The journey starts with the youngest learners, 4-5 year olds & 6-7 year olds, together with an actively participating adult learning partner (parent or guardian). Learn more about our junior sessions.
Young Explorers (ages 8-10, solo). Solo learners explore independently in small classes with a master instructor and a small group of peers. Learn more about our mission with our solo learners.
Explorers (age 11-13). Our Explorers programme offers participants a chance to discover a captivating subject, and getting individual attention to build mastery. They are able to experiment and learn while having fun, and many choose to take the classes with friends. For young learners sceptical that this is 'just another after school club or camp', rest assured that our programme is neither! Learn more about our mission with our adventurous learners.

Pioneers (ages 14-16), For participants with an interest in technology, the arts, music, or entrepreneurship, our programmes are Design Tech and Product Design without the constraints of large class sizes and small equipment budgets. All equipment is provided, and we dive into exciting topics. Participants can request a professional reference of their accomplishments during the programme to add to their CV. Sixth Form & University (ages 17-21). Our programmes build up participant knowledge of each exciting 'from the ground up' using a combination of practical and hands-on learning with explicit connection to the quantitative and theoretical material that they have learned/will learn in their GCSE, A-Level, and University courses. Participants will gain a taste of academic and industrial research and development (R&D). They can request a professional reference of their accomplishments during the programme to add to their CV. Adults & Professionals. We offer bespoke masterclasses and workshops for adults and professionals, as well as specialised sessions for parents and teachers. Enquire!
